Almost all features of the Xiaomi 14 series, developed by the Chinese tech giant Xiaomi and eagerly awaited by smartphone enthusiasts, have surfaced.
In the final month of 2022, Xiaomi made headlines by introducing its Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro high-end smartphones, featuring the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, to the Chinese market. Current chatter suggests that the company will maintain this momentum by releasing the Xiaomi 14 series, its latest flagship smartphones, by year-end in China. A recent report by GSMChina has brought to light the model numbers of the Xiaomi 14 and 14 Pro, providing us with a hint of their imminent launch timeframe.
Two novel devices have surfaced on the IMEI database, bearing model codes 23127PN0CC / 23127PN0CG and 23116PN5BC / 23116PN5BG. As per the report, these devices correspond to the Xiaomi 14 and 14 Pro respectively. Models ending with "C" signify the Chinese variants, while those ending with "G" indicate global versions.
The numerals 2312 and 2311 offer a clue about the Xiaomi 14 series' expected launch period, likely around November or December in China. It is anticipated that the global market will see the Xiaomi 14 and 14 Pro a few months thereafter.

The buzz also points to an extension in the Xiaomi 14 series lineup, with the addition of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra. However, details about this device remain shrouded in mystery, suggesting a possible Chinese debut in the second quarter of 2024. The three devices in the Xiaomi 14 series, including the 14 Ultra, are touted to be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, projected to be launched in November this year.
Furthermore, speculations suggest that the Xiaomi 14 Pro will be available in two variants, with both flat and curved-edge screen options. A triple camera configuration, featuring three 50-megapixel sensors with the primary lens possibly being the 1-inch Sony IMX989, is expected at the rear. A periscope zoom camera is also likely to be part of the setup. It is predicted that the 14 Pro's front camera will have 4K video recording capabilities. Additionally, both variants of the 14 Pro could house a 5,000mAh battery with support for 90W and 120W charging, respectively.
