Affordable Vivo T2 5G series to hit Indian market on this date
Vivo has revealed that the T2 5G series smartphones, comprising the T2 5G and T2x 5G, are set to launch in India on April 11th.
Vivo is set to launch its T2 5G series in India on April 11, expanding the company's range of T-series smartphones in the country. The new series will include the Vivo T2 5G and Vivo T2x 5G models, which are expected to replace the Vivo T1 series introduced in the country last year.
Vivo has teased the upcoming T2 5G series smartphones on a Flipkart microsite, providing a brief overview of the main features. Additional information about the devices is expected to be released leading up to their launch.
Here is what we know about Vivo T2 5G series
As per the information available on the Flipkart, the Vivo T2 5G series will have a boxy design and come with two protruding camera rings on the back panel. The website confirms that the smartphones will feature an AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution, 1,300 nits peak brightness, and a 350Hz touch sampling rate.
Additionally, the waterdrop notch design has also been confirmed. Both the Vivo T2 5G and T2x 5G will come in Blue and Gold color options and support 5G network connectivity. These smartphones will be available for purchase from Flipkart, Vivo's website, and offline retailers.
Further details about the Vivo T2 5G series will be revealed on the Flipkart microsite in the lead-up to the launch event. It is rumored that the T2 5G will be powered by a Snapdragon 695 SoC, while the T2x 5G is expected to have a Dimensity 700 SoC.
The devices are likely to come in 4GB, 6GB, and 8GB RAM options with 128GB of onboard storage. The smartphones will run on Android 13 OS out of the box.
