Chinese tech powerhouse Xiaomi has been impressively active recently, releasing an array of new products ranging from smartphones and smartwatches to earbuds and other smart home devices. Among these releases, a particular accessory has garnered attention: the MIJIA Suitcase. Xiaomi introduced the MIJIA Aluminum Frame Suitcase, a 20-inch travel companion, priced at 549 yuan (approximately $75).
Built for durability, the suitcase incorporates a 6-series aluminum alloy frame, coupled with zinc alloy corner guards to resist easy deformation. Xiaomi has integrated several features for added security and functionality, such as double TSA locks, a robust composite PC sheet, their proprietary high-precision bushing universal wheel, and an impressive antibacterial degree of up to 99%.

Additionally, this MIJIA suitcase offers a four-position adjustable drawbar, crafted from a stable aluminum alloy via an anodized aluminum process. For assurance of its resilience, the suitcase has undergone and passed various national tests. These tests evaluate its impact resistance, fatigue resistance, weight drop endurance, walking compatibility, and shock resilience when lifted.
On the inside, the suitcase is designed for convenience and hygiene. It features U-shaped bags and X-webbing compartments for flexible storage. There's also a special waterproof compartment, ideal for storing damp clothing, ensuring the suitcase's contents remain clean and sanitary.
