The launch of Philips' Evnia 32M2C5500W gaming monitor, boasting a 32" 2K display and 240Hz refresh rate, marks a new entry in the market.
Philips has recently announced the introduction of a new gaming monitor, the Evnia 32M2C5500W, following the unveiling of the Evnia 49M2C8900 5K monitor in August. This latest addition is a 32-inch curved monitor, specifically designed to cater to the needs of immersive and fast-paced gaming.
The Philips Evnia 32M2C5500W features a 31.5-inch VA LCD panel, ensuring wide 178-degree viewing angles, complemented by an anti-glare coating. It offers a high resolution of 2560 x 1440 at an impressive 240 Hz refresh rate. This monitor is engineered to deliver smooth and clear motion, thanks to its 0.5 ms response time. The high 4000:1 contrast ratio ensures deep blacks and bright whites, enhancing the overall viewing experience. It also holds DisplayHDR 400 certification, which significantly improves HDR performance. Color fidelity is a key strength, with the monitor covering 92% of the DCI-P3 color gamut. Additional features include an sRGB mode for color accuracy, a LowBlue Mode to minimize eye strain, and an EasyRead mode designed for comfortable reading on-screen.
