MSI's new monitor has been unveiled
Considered one of the giants in the monitor world, MSI presented its new 24-inch FHD model.
MSI has recently made a noteworthy announcement with the introduction of its latest 32" G32CQ5P monitor, which is soon expected to be available internationally. Alongside this, the brand has also lifted the veil on another compelling product: the 24" IPS gaming monitor known as the MSI G244F E2. This particular monitor stands out for its wide color gamut, presenting itself as a suitable choice for creative professionals.
Diving deeper into its specifications, the MSI G244F E2 boasts a 23.8-inch display using a Rapid IPS panel. This ensures a sharp full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. Gamers are likely to appreciate the swift 180 Hz refresh rate coupled with a 1ms response time (GTG). Brightness levels reach up to 250 nits, complemented by a contrast ratio of 1000:1. The visuals are further enhanced by its IPS technology, offering expansive viewing angles of 178 degrees, both horizontally and vertically.

But where this monitor genuinely shines is in its color capabilities. It covers an impressive range of color spaces: 94.4% Adobe RGB, 92.05% DCI-P3, and 122.88% sRGB. This makes it a strong contender for tasks that demand high color accuracy, such as graphic design or video editing. The Adaptive-Sync technology ensures a smooth gaming experience by eliminating screen tearing and stuttering. Additional features for user comfort include Night Vision for better visibility in dim areas and both Anti-Flicker and Less Blue Light technologies to mitigate eye fatigue.
On the connectivity front, it's equipped with 1x Display Port (1.2a), 2x HDMI (2.0b) ports, and an earphone output. For those looking to mount it, the monitor is VESA compatible and even has a Kensington lock slot for security measures. Without the stand, it weighs in at 4.2 kg. Details regarding its availability and pricing are yet to be revealed.
