This high-end processor achieved an outstanding score of over 2 million points on AnTuTu 10, marking a significant performance upgrade compared to its predecessor, the Dimensity 9200 series. With this remarkable score, the Dimensity 9300 has claimed the top spot on the benchmark charts for Android devices.
The AnTuTu benchmark listing also provides insights into the core structure of the Dimensity 9300. It includes Cortex X4 cores and four large Cortex A720 cores, complemented by the Immortalis G720 MC12 GPU. This chipset supports LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. The device used for the benchmark featured 16GB of RAM, 512GB of internal storage, a 120Hz refresh rate, and ran on Android 14 OS.
The Dimensity 9300 is expected to power flagship smartphones, such as the Vivo X100, and there are rumors that some models in the Oppo Find X7 series will also feature this chipset.
