On one hand, Nothing aims to increase its share in the smartphone market, while on the other, it seeks rapid growth through brand differentiation.

Earlier this year, Nothing announced the introduction of a new sub-brand. Following this announcement, CMF by Nothing has now revealed its inaugural product lineup consisting of a smartwatch, a pair of truly wireless earbuds, and a GaN charger.

The CMF Buds Pro, the company's latest wireless earphones, follow their predecessors - the Ear 1, Ear 2, and Ear Stick. Setting them apart from previous releases, these earbuds are positioned as the most budget-friendly offering. This affordability comes at the expense of the trademark transparent body, a feature that was emblematic of Nothing's audio lineup. Moreover, potential buyers should anticipate some variances in the audio quality between the CMF Buds Pro and the preceding Ear series.

Yet, the earbuds do not skimp on premium features. They come with hybrid Active Noise Cancellation, promising up to 45 decibels of noise reduction. Added features include clear call technology and an impressive bass boost option. The earbuds are powered by a 55mAh battery, promising up to 11 hours of listening time when ANC is deactivated. When combined with the charging case, users can expect a substantial total playback time of up to 39 hours. Charging for a mere 10 minutes can provide up to five hours of music playback. The design of the earbuds is characterized by a stem and in-ear configuration, and they're accompanied by a pebble-like circular case. They're also compatible with the Nothing X app, allowing users to tweak equalizer settings and personalize touch controls. Potential buyers have a choice between gray, white, and orange color options.

The GaN (Gallium Nitride) CMF Power 65W Charger is another notable addition to the brand's lineup. Designed to rapidly charge electronic devices, this charger is versatile, accommodating smartphones, earbuds, smartwatches, and even most notebooks. It's equipped with three ports - two USB Type-C and one USB Type-A. The charger also boasts wide compatibility with a multitude of protocols, ensuring most popular electronic devices can benefit from it. The support of a broad voltage range, from 100-240V, guarantees its adaptability and safety for international use. Those interested can choose between a gray or orange charger.

In terms of pricing, CMF positions itself as a more pocket-friendly option compared to its parent brand, Nothing. The CMF Buds Pro is priced at 49 US Dollars, and the CMF Power 65W Charger has a price tag of 39 US Dollars. These gadgets are set to be available for purchase later this month, though a precise launch date is still under wraps.
