AOC AGON releases high-performance new gaming monitors
Big news for gaming enthusiasts: AOC AGON has announced two new 27-inch monitors with 260Hz refresh rate and 1440p resolution.
AOC has recently announced the launch of two new gaming monitors, the AOC AGON AG275QZW and AG275QZE. These 27-inch monitors are designed to provide an enhanced gaming experience with their high display refresh rate of 260Hz and 1440p resolution.
The AG275QZW and AG275QZE are successors to the AOC AG275QZ and AG275QZN models from the AGON 5 series, which were introduced in November 2022. The new models, showcased in China, have not had their full details released yet. However, it is apparent that they share many features with their predecessors. The AG275QZW features a white casing, while the AG275QZE comes in black.
Both models boast similar core specifications. The AG275QZW, which has been updated on AOC's website, features a 27-inch IPS panel. It offers impressive response times of 0.5ms MPRT and 1ms GtG, catering to the needs of fast-paced gaming.

The AG275QZW stands out with its slightly higher native refresh rate compared to the AG275QZ and AG275QZN. While it may not achieve overclocking to 270Hz like the AG275QZ, it compensates with 99% sRGB and 92% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage. This ensures vibrant and accurate color representation. The monitors also offer a peak brightness of 450 nits and a wide viewing angle of up to 178 degrees.
Equipped with VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification, the monitors come with a range of connectivity options, including DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.0, and USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports. They also feature a VESA mount, allowing for compatibility with third-party stands. Each monitor includes two HDMI and two DP 1.4 ports for versatile video output options.
As of now, AOC has not provided specific details regarding the pricing and availability of the AG275QZW and AG275QZE gaming monitors. It is also unclear whether these monitors will be available in overseas markets and their potential pricing. However, it is expected that AOC will release more information about these monitors soon.
