Following the recent introduction of their 24-inch FHD touchscreen monitor, ViewSonic has expanded its offerings with the release of the VG3419C, a 34-inch curved VA panel monitor.

The ViewSonic VG3419C offers a top-tier viewing experience. Its 34-inch VA panel boasts an impressive resolution of 3440 x 1440, ensuring vivid and wide-ranging visuals. In terms of picture quality, the monitor promises excellence with a static contrast ratio of 3,000:1 and a dynamic contrast ratio of 80 million to 1. Integrated with LED backlighting, the screen emits a typical brightness of 300 cd/m². The color reproduction is also commendable, displaying 16.7 million colors with 8-bit true color support. Furthermore, the VG3419C covers 86% of the NTSC color space and an impressive 121% of the sRGB color space.

The monitor's 21:9 aspect ratio further enhances the user experience, especially for gaming and multimedia consumption. It ensures immersive viewing, thanks in part to its 1500R curvature which complements the natural curve of the human eye. Performance-wise, the monitor has a response time of 3.5ms, supplemented by a Motion Picture Response Time (MPRT) of 0.4ms, ensuring smooth transitions in fast-paced content.

A standout feature is its 120Hz refresh rate, which when paired with FreeSync Premium technology, promises a lag-free gaming experience. Keeping user comfort in mind, the VG3419C comes with a blue light filter and flicker-free technology, minimizing eye strain during prolonged use. As for connectivity, the monitor is versatile, accommodating USB ports, HDMI, DisplayPort, and a USB Type-C port with both DisplayPort Alt mode and a 65W power charging feature. An additional convenience is the included KVM switch, facilitating easy device transitions. Details on pricing and availability remain to be announced.
