The ninth expansion pack for Blizzard Entertainment's critically acclaimed massively multiplayer online role-playing game is out. Mike Ybarra, President of Blizzard Entertainment, said: "Dragonflight has players' favorite elements of World of Warcraft: exploration, customization, and the curiosity as stories come to a conclusion. Core systems like the new Talent trees are everything in light of WoW's legacy over the years. It's being rebuilt for the kind of player. It's up to our friends, old and new alike, to enjoy all that Azeroth has to offer for years to come."

The new Dragon Isles continent consists of five vibrant regions, some of which have the largest area in WoW history: Forbidden Reach, the new starting area for the Dracthyr race; the wild lands of Waking Shores of primordial forces overflowing with elemental energies; the windswept Ohn'ahran Plains, home of the proud centaur clans; the vast Azure Span with tuskarrs fishing among the ancient ruins; the radiant Thaldrazsus, the throne of dragon images and the dragon capital, Valdrakken.

Along with Dragonflight comes World of Warcraft's first race/class combo, Dracthyr Evoker. Starting at level 58 and offering plenty of character customization, Dracthyr Evoker is the first ranged damage class added to World of Warcraft since the game's release 18 years ago. With the all-new Empowered magic cast system, players can manipulate dragon tribes' spells on the battlefields, performing maneuvers that heal allies or damage enemies.

With Dragonriding, players can take flight early in Dragonflight. This brand new system offers players exciting aerial exploration by gaining speed by gliding and then diving steeply down the reins with Dragon Isles dragon mounts. In addition to battling in time-limited and multiplayer races, players will be able to collect an abundance of skin customizations and ability upgrades that will apply to all their characters for the four dragons they can collect on their journey to the new max level 70 in Dragon Isles adventures.
