Sony announced: No more PlayStation 5 shortage
PlayStation 5 players have been dealing with some shortage for a while now and according the company this is over.
Ever since PlayStation 5 was released people who wanted to purchase it could not enjoy the hype because of the shortage. The global problems effected Sony as well. Considering supply chain and chip shortages many companies have been having hard time with delivering their products. In that sense Sony claims now that the shortage is over.

Sony claims that the PlayStation 5 shortage has ended. “Everyone who wants a PS5 should have a much easier time finding one at retailers globally, starting from this point forward,” stated Sony Interactive Entertainment CEO and chairman Jim Ryan during the keynote address at the recent Consumer Electronics Show (CES).
The company announced that it had sold approximately 30 million PlayStation 5 consoles. During the presentation, Ryan said that the company has "handled tremendous demand amid global challenges over the past two years," and he thanked PlayStation users for their patience.
Sony is getting ready to release the PlayStation VR2 in February, which is related news. If the VR2 also does not encounter same supply issues we can have a taste of what is coming.
