Riot Games may delay the "League of Legends" patch

League of Legends and Valorant are developed by Riot Games, which claims that a recent security breach may have an impact on the release schedule for its short-term content. Because of a breach now the players might have to wait a bit longer for the new patch.

Riot stated, "We don't have all the answers right now, but we wanted to communicate early and let you know there is no indication that player data or personal information was obtained." "We don't have all the answers right now." Sadly, this has limited our capacity to publish content for a while. We anticipate that this will affect our upcoming patch cadence across multiple games while our teams are hard at work on a fix." 

The official LoL Twitter account stated, "The League team is working to stretch the limits of what we can hotfix in order to deliver the majority of the planned and tested balance changes on time still."
