Celebrating the sports season, the game will add a new football-themed park with fields to explore and themed activities. The update will also include many new items such as thematic sneakers that players will enjoy. Players will be able to win tons of great rewards by participating in football-themed social events. Even players will be able to land on these football fields and earn supplies by scoring goals on portable goals. The event will also expand on one of PUBG MOBILE's most epic collaborations to date. Football legend, international superstar and football icon Lionel Messi has been announced to be the PUBG MOBILE Global Chicken Cup Captain. To celebrate Messi's unique career in sports, there will be a variety of events, all GOAT-themed, across multiple maps and game modes.
In addition to football-themed content, Erangel, Aftermath, and Livik maps will also undergo significant changes with this update.
