What is Dead Island 2?
Dead Island 2 is an upcoming action role-playing game developed by Dambuster Studios and published by Deep Silver. It is the sequel to the 2011 video game Dead Island and is the third major game in the Dead Island series. The game, which was first announced in 2014, has had a challenging development phase as a result of numerous changes with the studios developing it. Dead Island 2 was first contracted to be developed by Yager Development in 2012; however, Yager Development left the project in 2015, and Sumo Digital took over in 2016.
