Blizzard staff are returning back to the office
The publisher is implementing a mixed work policy in light of the studio's continuous conflicts.
Activision will soon mandate that Blizzard employees spend the majority of their week working from the business's headquarters amid ongoing unionization efforts at the corporation. Employees of Activision's publishing division will be obliged to work from the office at least three days each week beginning on April 10th, a company official told Engadget. The same rule will take effect for staff members of Blizzard Entertainment on July 10. Team leaders can decide the office schedule for their units at the King mobile segment of the corporation.

Today, Activision and Blizzard announced a return to office plan to employees. It begins April/June, depending on the studio. The company WILL see a large Reduction In Force if this occurs. In this thread, I'm going to explain why this is a terrible idea. 1/14
