YouTube Shorts now work on TV!
YouTube's TikTok like feature YouTube Shorts can now work on TV as well. The company has announced the new features.
Since its launch, TikTok has taken over the entire social media industry with its short-form video option. Even the most respected platfoms like YouTub e have started to offer TikTok-like features. In this context, YouTube, which introduced its TikTok-like feature, will now offer the YouTube Shorts feature to televisions. Now the company's vertical Shorts videos now have native support on televisions.
The feature will be available in the coming weeks. It will be available on smart TVs manufactured after 2019 as well as media devices for the living room and "newer" game consoles. In the explanation video below, YouTube suggested that Shorts might work with older sets, but compatibility was not guaranteed.
