The delay was so protracted that the student opted to personally collect the order from Flipkart's distribution hub.

Upon reaching the hub, the delivery staff insisted on obtaining the OTP (One-Time Password) before handing over the package. To the student's astonishment, the parcel, registered under his name, contained solely a boAt speaker valued at 3,000 INR. The student had gathered evidence during the delivery process, even recording the delivery person's admission of the erroneous delivery.

Regrettably, the substantial evidence presented did not yield the desired outcome, as Flipkart's customer support proved uncooperative.
