Now, in the most recent development, a Bloomberg report by Mark Gurman asserts that the 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pros, which are powered by the M2 Pro and M2 Max chips, may be released in early 2023. The new MacBook Pro models were expected to be released officially this year. However, the company has been experiencing internal delays with the product, and it now appears that the problem has been resolved and the company is getting ready to launch the devices early next year.
The report also says that in addition to the new MacBook Pro models, the company is working on a new iMac that will use an M3 chip and be released by the end of 2023. The company is also working on a new Apple Mac Mini with the M2 series chip, but there is currently no release date available.
