Leading the lineup is the Acer Chromebook Plus 515. Outfitted with a generous 15.6-inch IPS display, it boasts a Full HD resolution, providing users the option of either a touch-enabled or standard panel complemented by anti-glare technology. Powering this device is Intel's latest, offering a choice between the 13th and 12th Gen Core processors, with the mightiest variant being the Core i7. This Intel heart is coupled with up to 16GB of LPDDR4X RAM and as much as 512GB SSD for storage. Ensuring productivity isn't hampered, it supports fast charging and assures roughly 10 hours of battery stamina.

This laptop doesn’t just focus on performance; durability is paramount. It’s constructed with military-grade robustness, compliant with the U.S. MIL-STD 810H standards. Internally, it's driven by an AMD Ryzen 7520 C-Series processor complemented by RDNA 2 graphics. Just like its sibling, it can be maxed out with 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and a 512GB SSD. For seamless connections, it incorporates similar ports and wireless capabilities. Distinguishing features of this model include a formidable 1080p front webcam, MIL-STD-810H7 military-grade resilience, and the inclusion of AI-backed functionalities from Google and Adobe. It also champions energy efficiency in its design, supports fast charging, and boasts an impressive 12-hour battery lifespan.

As for availability, tech enthusiasts in North America and the EMEA region can look forward to the Acer Chromebook Plus 515 (CB515-2H/T) dropping in October. It will be priced starting at 399 US Dollars in the US and commencing at 499 Euros in the EMEA. Meanwhile, the Chromebook Plus 514 (CB514-3H/T) has a kick-off price of 399 US Dollars in the US and starts at 479 Euros in the EMEA. Both laptops are set for an October debut in these markets.
