Hyundai IONIQ brand, which received awards in Japan and America this week, has now been crowned with 3 different awards by AUTOBEST, Europe's most famous automotive organization and jury. IONIQ 5 and IONIQ 6 models, which attract attention with their design, received full points from the jury of 31 automobile journalists with their superior handling features and price tags as well as being electric.
IONIQ 5 and IONIQ 6 continue to be praised by both customers and industry leaders in all markets where they are offered for sale, while increasing the power of the IONIQ brand, which Hyundai established exclusively for EVs. IONIQ 6 was selected as AUTOBEST ECOBEST 2023 (Electric Car of the Year), while IONIQ 5 finished first in AUTOBEST ECOBEST Challenge 2022 and won the title of Fastest Charging Electric Model. IONIQ 5 was also named 2022 Car of the Year by the world-famous men's magazine Esquire.

Hyundai's new electric IONIQ 6 travels 614 km on a single charge, playing the peak in BEV vehicles. AUTOBEST also determined the IONIQ 5 as the champion in the ECOBEST Challenge 2022, an independent real traffic test of mainstream EVs. In the 350kw DC fast charge test, where all vehicles charge their battery capacities from 20 percent to 80 percent, the IONIQ 5 achieved the fastest time.
